Tweaking At KBEE Begins

CITADEL - Today, KBEE (B98.7) debuted their new jingles, a re-sing of "Millenium Mix 2" from TM Century. This is all definitely part of "Todd and Erin Mania," and a reflection of their performance in the fall arbitrons, falling the probably their lowest level at a 2.2 in the 12+ demographic, making them the fourth-lowest arbitron rated station in Salt Lake. This is likely the reflection of their leaning-alternative and new music rotation pre-Christmas, with heavy emphasis on groups such as Matchbox 20, Creed, etc. Since Christmas, the station has tweaked softer, likely to lure listeners away from KOSY and KSFI (FM 100). To hear their new "softer" jingles, go to the KBEE page (under Citadel). Another note, the station has started using their inflatable "bee" again at remotes. When was the last time we saw them do that?
