O'Reilly To KSL 1160
Bill O'Reilly, who's Cable TV show for FOX News Channel recently out-rated Larry King, is likely to become a figure of Salt Lake City radio. O'Reilly recently inked a deal for a national radio show which should begin in May or June from WOR in New York City - against Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh. Who's one of O'Reilly's first subscribers? According to a tipster, Radio Business Report (rbr.com), says that KSL 1160 has made a deal to air O'Reilly's new talk show, perhaps in the 10 AM to noon slot. So what does this mean for Doug Wright? Is he going to be completely bumped for national programming? And what does this mean for the future of KSL? KSL has seemed to be successful in the past because of it's strong local-oriented programming. Only time will tell. O'Reilly's show for Westwood One is scheduled to start May 8th.
