800 The Sports Zone Possible?

It appears that the standards format KSOS is lost forever. The station dropped it's nostalgia music and now is a near simulcast of Simmons Media's 1280 KZN "The Sports Zone." According to a tip, KSOS is under an LMA with Simmons Media. Could Simmons be purchasing KSOS? One possible scenario could be placing KZNS on 800, and returning 1280 to a nostaliga or talk format.
