CLEAR CHANNEL - KKAT is stunting. It has been predicted for a while now, that Utah's third-place country station would swap formats. However, this stunt is different. Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the U.S.A." is being played over-and-over, but with a "KKAT" jingle, in between, as well as traffic reports from Air Watch and commercials. Don't put it past Tom Sly not to make a buck.
01/18/02 UPDATE!! - An announcement today boldy declares, "A NEW RADIO STATION COMING TODAY!" My predictions, something similar to JAM'N 94.5 in Boston or KTU in New York.
